An onion a day saves your hair!
You might not know this, but if you massage your scalp and hair with onion, you will have new hair growing in no time, and it also reduces hair fall with regular use. All you need to do is get some onion, peel it and grate it properly. Once you are successful in squeezing out the juice, massage your hair and scalp (especially areas with less hair growth), keep it for a while, and wash it off with a mild shampoo.
Fuller’s Earth and Rose water:
Fuller’s earth or multani mitti mixed with rose water can be a very nice pack for your face as well as your body. It reduces pimples, brings a glow to your face and also tightens it. Using it twice a week will give you soft and smooth skin.
Use the Right Makeup!
Nobody has asked you not to use makeup. Our daily life sometimes demands it. However, this doesn’t mean you can put anything and everything on your face. Skin is a very delicate organ and needs to be handles very carefully. Always go for products that suit your skin type. Don’t use a lot of brands together. Avoid using makeup without any reason. Certain things like Sunscreen lotions and anti-tan creams are good for your skin which can be used regularly.
You can use other things like Alo Vera from the plant itself. It helps in reducing dark circles. Sugar can be used as a very good scrub for your skin.
Always remember that you are aging every moment. You can never get that young skin back. But you can restore the beauty you still have in you. So, no matter how busy you are, take that extra effort and you will be able to hold that beauty in you for ever.
